We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the order invoice.
Items that cannot be returned
- Perishable goods (food, flowers).
- Personal care items that have been opened.
- Custom or personalised items.
- Digital downloads.
How to start a return
- Email [returns@indiastore.example] with your order number and reason.
- We will issue a return shipping label or instructions within 48 hours.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund timelines
Refunds are processed as soon as the returned item is inspected, typically within 3 business days of receipt. Per RBI guidelines, the refund will reach your original payment method within 5–7 additional business days depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. You can also escalate unresolved complaints to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
