Ordering

How do I place an order? Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future orders.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it? If your order has not yet shipped, email us at [orders@indiastore.example] with your order number. Once it's with the carrier, we'll need to treat it as a return.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet. We currently ship within India only. Join our newsletter to hear when we open international orders.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking via our payment processor. All transactions are encrypted.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. We do not store your card details — payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant processor.

Shipping

How long will my order take? Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Other regions: up to 10 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check status in your account under Orders.

Returns

What's your return policy? Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See Refund & Returns for the full policy and exclusions.

How long do refunds take? We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to credit it back.

Account

Do I need an account to buy? No. Guest checkout is available. An account lets you save addresses, track orders, and check out faster next time.
